Product Presentation 
At Hampers4you we pay as much attention to the presentation and packaging of your gift as the contents. We pride ourselves in making sure each of hamper is delivered in ideal condition and arrives skilfully gift wrapped with ribbon. We use luxury ribbons and fabrics to match your gift and our hampers are packed with Kraft paper to enhance the gift appearance.

Security & Confidentiality
We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers and therefore comply with the Data Protection Act and the Distance Selling Directive of the European Community. This section explains; the information we gather, why we collect them and what they are used for; what information we send to you; how you can instruct us if you prefer to limit the use of that information and the procedures we have in place to safeguard your privacy.

The information we collect and how we use it
When you buy from our site, we need to know your name and email address, street address, telephone number, and your debit/credit card details. This information allows us to process your registration, open an account for you, facilitate the purchase procedure and to increase the speed with which transactions are conducted.

We will not provide any information about you to third parties. However we would like to send you the occasional email informing you of our special offers. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material please send an email to office@hampers4you.com.

Website Security
This web site uses a secure server with encryption for transmission of all sensitive data between your computer and the web server. When the data leaves the web server to be processed, it is sent via a secure point-to-point connection and is stored behind a fire wall. We utilize one of the strongest commercially available SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate issued by Comodo for transmitting documents via the Internet, which ensures credit card details are encrypted using protocol 128 bit.

"How do you secure my payment information?"

What is SSL?

Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the security technology for encrypting a link between a web server and a browser. All data passed between our web server and your browser remains private and secure.

Whenever you communicate with us on our payment pages, a small yellow padlock appears in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser as a sign that we are now engaging SSL. "How do I know you are a real organization?"

To generate an encrypted SSL transmission, a web server requires an SSL Certificate. Checking a website's certificate is good practice that helps you avoid spoof websites, sometimes called "phishing" sites. To check the certificate, click on the padlock. Your browser will show you the name of the owner of the certificate. This name should match the name of the website operator.

Our SSL certificates are issued by a leading certificate authority, Comodo CA. Comodo is Web Trust-compliant, meaning that their business practices and processes have been rigorously audited according to AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) guidelines by an independent approved auditor (Ernst & Young).

Comodo High Assurance certificates enable a high level of encryption. They also confirm that a company is a legally accountable organization.

To receive a High Assurance SSL Certificate from Comodo, we had to demonstrate to them that we are an existing business, along with our control over the domain you are visiting. When you shop online, you deserve to be know who you are interacting with.

Orders and Deliveries
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays). All orders are delivered by our appointed carriers depending on the destination, and the product, to allow for weekends and holidays delivery etc, it is advisable for customers to place orders well in advance, at least two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We aim to despatch goods to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before, taking into account the delivery time and if any perishable items are included in the order.

If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, TPSEAL reserves the right to make a charge for the original delivery charge and a minimum administrative cost for redirecting or re-sending the order.
Our Guarantee
We take great pride in making sure each and every gift arrives in beautiful condition, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every gift arrangement we despatch is warranted to have the look and value represented on our site. If you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with the quality of the delivered product or if it was damaged in transit, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a partial credit or full refund. If a full refund is demanded, we may at our discretion, ask that the item be returned.

If a gift is to be shipped to a HOSPITAL, HOTEL, COLLEGE, or any similar locations, where delivery is attempted to the street address provided by the sender, on the date specified, there is no guarantee that the package will be delivered to the intended recipient or company. We assume no liability for product that is lost within the delivery building, fails to be delivered by the employees or arrives after the recipient has vacated the premises. We do not offer any guarantee under these circumstances.

Cancellations & Claims
You can cancel your order before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. We will refund your money including the original postage costs within 30 days. Please ensure the goods remain unused and component parts are unopened. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us to improve the services we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover for their value. if you fail to return the goods we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection.

We will pay the cost of collection unless you or the recipient fail to facilitate the collection within 21 days of cancellation, Collection by our couriers is during the daytime on working days (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank holidays).

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

TPSEAL reserves the right to charge (at cost) for returns in instances where products are simply unwanted.

All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damage should be made on 0208 952 7488 within 48 hours of receipt. 

Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.

We fully conform to the EUROPEAN COMMISSION DISTANCE SELLING DIRECTIVE, put in place to protect online shoppers and which also provides a platform on which businesses can compete. Under this directive, we must provide

All gift baskets and hampers available at Hampers4you.com have a listing of its contents and or images.
3. The price including all taxes
All items on offer are clearly priced. All prices include VAT where applicable and at variable rates. We reserve the rights to amend prices according to change in vat rates. Not every item in a hamper is liable for VAT and therefore hampers may not incur a standard Vat rate of 20%..
Information on delivery time and costs
All delivery prices are given for every product available.
4. A written confirmation of the above
after an order has been placed an email will be sent to you. This email will contain all the above information
5. Written details of how to cancel the contract
you can cancel an order by telephoning or emailing us at office@Hampers4you.com stating your order reference number. We will refund your credit/debit card within 2 days

7.Details of after-sales service and guarantee
if, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. A cooling-off-period
to give you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.

The above terms and conditions will apply on entering www.hampers4you.com and apply to orders placed. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.


Payment Conditions
You can pay for your order using the following Credit or Debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. Payments on credit accounts are due 21 days from date of invoice and should be paid by bank transfer or, if specifically agreed, by cheque or credit card.

Any discounts agreed will apply only to amounts paid in accordance with the agreed terms and interest will be charged on all overdue accounts at a rate of 1.5% per month. Title to goods supplied will remain with TPSEAL until all sums due by the purchaser are paid in full.

Service and Products

Acceptance of Orders
All orders received are subject to acceptance by TPSEAL and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we despatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.

Vouchers and Discounts
We run a range of promotions throughout the year which you may have received a voucher code for. Only one voucher code can redeemed against a single order. However, we ensure that if you enter more than one voucher code, the code which offers the highest discount will be used against your order.


Service and Products
Many of our hampers are available throughout the year; day to day availability can be checked on www.hampers4you.com or by contact with TPSEAL Limited.

Alcohol is only available for sale to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order for a hamper containing alcohol the purchaser shall be deemed to have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old.

Although descriptions and photography are intended to be correct, TPSEAL reserves the right to substitute any items or container for similar or greater value if, for any reason, those stated are unavailable. Wine boxes, bottles, glasses, plates and other props shown in photographs may not be included in a hamper unless specifically listed.

Samples can be supplied for large orders. However, TPSeal reserves the right to charge for these at an agreed price.
